Hilton Midtown is in need of an upgrade in some rooms, the bathroom especially, quite grubby and the shower wasn’t good, loose fixtures, leaking taps and bath and decor needed upgrading.

The Hilton Midtown is in a great location. Yes it’s a bit tired but is being upgraded, staff are friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and spacious

Thought the hotel was dated, no flexibility for a late checkout considering the hotel had multiple rooms

Reception area very welcoming and bright. Hotel rooms a bit dated, bathroom needs updating, some bright art on at least one wall would be nice as room very grey and not much natural daylight so more ceiling lights would be better. A mirror over the table is preferred as had to dry and style hair using bathroom plugs which is hazardous using plugs by the sink!! Need good lighting to put on make up and only good light was in the bathroom. Lift access was excellent.
