“Not worth the money”

At the arrival, they wanted to keep our passports 'till the next day, for registration. When we asked them back, suddenly everything was done in 5 min. The way to the rooms is very steep and not made for older people or people with dissabilities. The balcony is shared, with other 3 rooms. The room itself is big enough but with a step in the middle with no purpose, only to fall over it. The wall in the shower was cracked and the corners were covered with a lot of mold. The air conditioner knows only 2 seasons. Sahara heatwave or Alaskan Winter. An other option would be to sleep with the balcony door open, but is that a good ideea with a shared balcony ? The WI-Fi worked maybe 2 hours a day, for the rest you had to use your own data on your phone, forcing you to even buy extra. At the dinner you had to choose a time slot- 18:30 , 19:30 or 20:30 , which was not communicated upfront buy TUI, or posted somewhere on the website. This was because the dining area is very small for the amount of people. The dinner itself was not great or what you can expext from a 4 star hotel. The staff from the buffet were friendly and working hard. The entire hotel is build for german guests- the tv fully in german, the employes all talk german which was also not posted somewhere on TUI. The area were is the hotel is loud because of the highway behind the hotel and also far away from the centrum, around 15 min by car.

“Sehr laute Umgebung, Hotelbewertung zu gut!”

Leider ist das Hotel nicht so gut, wie es angepriesen wird. Das Essen ist lieblos und nicht abwechslungsreich, die Zimmer sind sehr laut (Schnellstrasse dahinter), Balkon und Bad sehr, sehr klein. Die vorgesehene Stunde fürs Abendessen ist sehr knapp berechnet, man hetzt sich ab, weil schon für die nächste Gruppe vorbereitet wird. Für diese Größe der Anlage ist der Pool viel zu klein mit nur wenigen Liegen.

“Sauberes Hotel mit kleinen Abstrichen.”

Das Hotelpersonal ist spitze, in allen Bereichen. Alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alle sind zuvorkommend und immer guter Dinge. Der Pool ist ein Manko, ich finde ihn viel zu klein. Für soviele Hotel Gäste nur ca 15 Liegen auch zu wenig. Ein weiterer Minuspunkt war die Dusche. Jedesmal mussten wir den Boden im Bad trocknen da das Wasser nicht richtig ablief und sich so im Bad verteilte. Ansonsten waren wir soweit zufrieden. Das Essen war sehr gut nur morgens gab es immer den selben Käse und auch Wurst. Etwas mehr Abwechslung wäre schön gewesen. Ansonsten ein schönes und sauberes Hotel, mit super freundlichem Personal in jedem Bereich.

“Urlaub 2025 im Hotel Nefeli”

Das komplette Personal von Putzfrauen bis zum Empfang immer sehr freundlich und sofort hilfsbereit wenn man etwas gefragt hat. Preis Leistung im Hotel finde ich gut. Wir werden wieder dieses Hotel im nächsten Jahr wieder buchen.
