    “Auch am Saisonende ein Genuss”

    Das Napa Mermaid it für uns DAS Hotel auf Zypern. Aufmerksamer Service, genussvolle Speisen. Ein rundum entspannter und erholsamer Urlaub.

    We have mixed feelings about the accommodation. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was lovely surprised however the room felt outdated and slightly underwhelming. The room did a have jacuzzi which was a great additional however given the weather you aren't feeling the need to sit in a jacuzzi as its still so warm in the evenings and day. Some nice sun loungers or some additional outdoor furniture would of been better in some ways. The room overall felt like it needed a deep clean, especially with the shower cubical as it was always leaking onto the bedroom floor. Due to a late arrival we were left sandwiches and offered a free lunch or dinner which was a lovely touch. We felt like the overall hotel was run down and the pictures didn't match the hotel which was disappointing. Some areas were done nicely. However the Room, Gym, Breakfast and dinner was disappointing. Breakfast had limited options and was all the same. Some dinners were good but others were disappointing. No allergens displayed. Positive of this hotel are the pool bar and food was great. The pool it's self was lovely and easy to get a sunbed. Room was spacious, very comfy bed and slept very well.
