    “Schlechtes hotel”

    ich finde das die informationen hinten und vorne nicht genug waren. Das Essen hat sich immer wiederholt sehr schlechte abwechslung.

    Recommended

    A beautiful setting - very hilly with lots of stairs so need to be mobile! The hotel itself is modern with a wide variety of restaurants, bar and pools. Entertainment during the day and evening. All the animation staff were very friendly including **********, Jako and Sofie. It’s a weekly entertainment schedule so be prepared to see the same things if there for more than a week! Rooms were clean and spacious, just wish there was a mirror in the main room!

    “Leider keine 5*”

    Das Hotel ansich ist schön und scheint renoviert worden zu sein. Dafür, das es 412 Zimmer hat ist natürlich einiges los und ein wenig Trouble; ebenso ist es ein Familienhotel, wer also Ruhe sucht, ist hier falsch. Es gibt ein Hauptrestaurant (Buffet) und vier a la Carte Restaurants, die man angeblich über eine App buchen kann. Hier fängt meine negative Bewertung an: das Buffetrestaurant ist leider eine Katastrophe. Wir haben selten so schlecht gegessen! Die Auswahl und die Qualität ist nicht 5* entsprechend, es ist teilweise nur lauwarm bzw fast kalt. Die Auswahl zum Frühstück ist ebenso und hat uns nicht gefallen und hatte keinerlei Abwechslung. Kaffee (manchmal lauwarm) und Saft wurde zum Tisch gebracht. Wir wollten gerne die verschiedenen a la Carte Restaurants buchen, was über die App nicht möglich war. An der Rezeption sagte man uns, das in 10 Tagen erst wieder etwas frei ist! Wie bitte soll das funktionieren, wenn man nur eine Woche dort ist! Wenn man so etwas anbietet, sollte jeder Gast die Möglichkeit haben, ein Restaurant zu besuchen! Das empfand ich als unmöglich! Am Strand gibt es 'Foodtrucks', Obst, Pizza, Nudeln und Getränke. Hier kann man sich den ganzen Tag etwas bestellen- dieses war richtig gut und hat uns eigentlich besser geschmeckt als im Restaurant! Negativ ist uns hier ebenfalls aufgefallen, das man am Pool wie auch am Strand Liegen reserviert. Aber ich glaube, das ist fast überall das gleiche.

    The views and asthetic of the hotel were unreal. The only thing that let the hotel down was the buffet food not much choice and the same food everyday. Luckily they have à la carte restaurants which were very nice. The cocktail choice and drinks are incredible and the staff will make you whatever you like. Room was clean and very modern. Lots of different pool choice and entertainment. Highly recommend!!
