    Recommended

    The hotel was lovely and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. It was super clean and there was always staff cleaning or tidying. The rooms were spacious although the bathrooms could have been better designed. The shower/ bath area was small but it was fine. There could have been a better selection of snacks available throughout the day - especially at the bar areas but there was an onsite shop which was good. The small arcade games for kids was a nice touch - it would have been better if there was slightly more choice or this area was a bit bigger but it was nice. Overall very happy with the accommodation

    Not 5 star or 5T. I would suggest you look at this rating carefully as everyone was complaining. We were extremely disappointed

    The Mitsis Ramira is the worst supposed five star hotel I have ever stayed in. Fortunately the management at the hotel was able to move my family to their better quality sister hotel. Tui claim that the country’s tourist board set the rating of the hotel. If I owned Tui I wouldn’t be guided off the Greek tourist board. Is poo stains on the bathroom wall, squashed bugs, smeared on mirror, grime around shower taps, when looking out on to the building below, you can see a discarded perfume bottle, a Croc shoe, a potato and fork the actual standard of a five star hotel? The Aircon was noisy along with the people in the corridor. Don’t get me started on the food buffet! The management in assisting us went above and beyond and in my opinion are too good to be working in a hotel like this. At best this is a 3.5 star hotel. For the price we paid for the whole holiday , if we hadn’t have moved I would have expected a whole refund.

    “Urlaub 2026”

    Sehr schöne große Anlage, nur ein pool das zur Entspannung dient die anderen pools sehr überfüllt und laut,leider keine wegweiser wie man wo hinkommt ,strand sehr schön,aber sehr windig,service vom gesamten Personal top bemüht und sehr freundlich würde jederzeit wieder im Mitsis Ramira Urlaub buchen
