    The accommodation was basic but comfortable and because we had the grandchildren there were extra bunk beds which were quite adequate still leaving us enough room

    Our balcony had a birds nest so it was full of bird poo and we asked to have it cleaned and they couldn't be bothered to keep cleaning it so they removed the nest, i was devastated! Even then they still did not clean it thoroughly.

    Where we were located was excellent, near the beach and the children’s water slides. We booked the same time as my son, his partner and baby and requested to be near each other. When we got there we were at opposite sides of the hotel but the hotel staff were lovely and they got a room near to us.
