    The rooms are an unusual set up. The bed is nearest the window and swim up pool and the seating area is in the dark mid section. Also if you wanted to watch TV you had to lie on the bed.

    It originally was a Tui Blue when we booked and after talking to people who had been there when it was, it is now a vast difference. There was little or no entertainment and the place was like a ghost town. All the restaurants were shut on our side and we had to eat in the hotel next door There was no entertainment around the pool again you had to go to the neighbouring hotel which although is supposed to be the same hotel the differences were very obvious

    We had paid for this holiday all year and was so excited to arrive to our five star hotel unfortunately when we arrived our room wasn’t ready we was told by reception to go get some food whilst we wait my partner ordered a burger and unfortunately it wasn’t cooked . When back at hotel we was then charged an unexpected tax which wasn’t aware of . After this we didn’t get any explanation or information about the hotel or where anything is . Hotel food was plain and not much choice a d we had to go to the joined hotel to eat as not enough people to open our restaurant.Rooms were cleaned but towels and refreshments wasn't replaced everyday. No entertainment which was disappointing. We made the most of it as this cost us alot of money and was our only holiday for the year . Just wasn’t the 5 star hotel we was sold and disappointed by this .
