Lack of food options hotel staff did not cater for the English the focus was on French and Italian

Beach fantastic but hotel isolated geographically to anything else which was limiting.

Very disappointing experience for an “all-inclusive” hotel. Unfortunately, this hotel did not live up to what we expected from an all-inclusive stay. We found insects in our room, which was completely unacceptable. There wasn’t even basic drinking water provided in the room, let alone coffee or tea. Wi-Fi was also not available in the room, which is very inconvenient nowadays. The “all-inclusive” concept was also questionable. The sun loungers in the first row by the sea had to be paid for separately. Even changing your sunbed towels for clean ones came with an additional charge. Another strange rule was the restaurant seating. Once you chose a particular table on your first day, you were apparently expected to use the same table for every meal throughout your stay. You were not allowed to choose another table, which felt unnecessarily restrictive. Overall, there were far too many extra charges and restrictions for a hotel advertised as all-inclusive. Combined with the insects in the room, lack of drinking water, paid first-row sun loungers, paid towel changes and no Wi-Fi in the room, the experience was far from what we expected. Definitely not the all-inclusive experience we were hoping for.

Accommodation was quite rural. Nothing around for miles. No where to walk to on a night. However i was aware of this . For us it was fine - however my husband did say he felt like he hadnt seen anything of Sardinia

In all years travelling with Tui, never had any issues but this year was the worse experience we ever had. Accommodation was very poor, old furniture, no fresh painted or a simple good maintenance, we were invaded by ants several times and pretty bad, all over the clothes, drawers and suitcases. Receptionist couldn’t handle the situation and a simple spray was given to us to sort it out ourselves and the most critical thing was the food in general, very poor quality, cold, basic, extremely basic I could say, repetitive and tasteless. Comparing the money we have paid for a 4 stars hotel with all inclusive services, I could simply say this place need a full refurbishment that will follow in October, it is not a resort at all and very isolated, I would give it maximum 3 stars and advice everyone to book somewhere else if you really want to enjoy a Italian proper holiday. This place is nothing from the presentation given by them everywhere they advertise.
