My stay at Marti Resort Hotel in Icmeler was a mixed experience. The hotel's location is undoubtedly one of its strongest features, with direct access to the beach and beautiful views of Icmeler Bay surrounded by mountains. The resort grounds are attractive, and the overall setting is ideal for a relaxing holiday. However, there are several areas where the hotel falls short of expectations for a resort of this standard. The all-inclusive food offering was disappointing, with very little variety from day to day. The buffet menu remained virtually unchanged throughout the stay, and much of the food lacked flavor, making dining repetitive and uninspiring. Communication was also challenging at times, as many staff members spoke little or no English. While staff were generally polite and hardworking, the language barrier often made it difficult to ask questions, request assistance, or resolve issues efficiently. The guest rooms are in need of modernization. The décor feels very dated, and the furnishings could benefit from a complete refresh. In addition, the air conditioning struggled to keep the room comfortably cool, particularly during warmer periods, which affected overall comfort. The standout feature of the resort is undoubtedly the spa. The on-site spa facilities are first class, offering excellent treatments, professional therapists, and a relaxing atmosphere. It was by far the highlight of the stay and provided a level of quality that exceeded expectations. Overall, Marti Resort Hotel benefits from a fantastic location and an outstanding spa, but improvements to the food quality and variety, room upgrades, air conditioning, and staff language training would significantly enhance the guest experience. Rating: 3/5 My wife and I recently spent 10 days at the Marti Resort Hotel in Icmeler, Turkey. While we had an enjoyable holiday overall, the hotel itself was a mixed experience. The hotel is in a beautiful location with attractive grounds and lovely views, but it is clearly in need of refurbishment. Although the building has plenty of character, many areas feel very dated and would benefit from a modern update. We stayed on an all-inclusive basis, but unfortunately the food was disappointing. There was very little variety from day to day, and much of it lacked flavour, making meal times one of the weaker aspects of our stay. The hotel staff were friendly, polite and always willing to help. However, communication was often difficult as very few staff members spoke English, which sometimes made simple requests more challenging than they needed to be. The standout feature of the hotel was undoubtedly the spa. The facilities were excellent, and the spa staff were professional, welcoming and provided outstanding service throughout our stay. We would highly recommend treating yourself to one of their spa packages—it was easily the highlight of our holiday. Our biggest disappointment was the TUI service. During our 10-day stay, we only saw the TUI representative once. There was little visible support or presence, which was disappointing if guests needed assistance or information during their holiday. Overall, we enjoyed our time in Icmeler, which is a lovely resort with plenty to offer. However, while the Marti Resort Hotel has great potential thanks to its location and spa, it really needs updating, improvements to the food, and better support from the holiday representative to justify a higher rating.

Lovely and clean. Room great although was cleaned late afternoon everyday which wasn’t great we usually had to wait to get into our room. Didn’t seem to be enough staff
