The air conditioning was shocking in the hotel rooms and the entertainment this year was poor. Really the 7 days we had 2 good acts in the evening. 2 quiz nights...... Boring bubble lady shocking..... One evening nothing at all it really was a total let down from last year. As the week went on the hotel got more and more busy where we had to fight for sunbeds from 7.30 and the queue for evening food was shocking. They had us lining up in the red hot sun at 7pm to get into the restaurant, it really wasn't good.

No working air conditioning, hotel wasn’t very clean and last day we had no water or electricity. Had to queue for the restaurant, some days the drink bar round the pool was shut so you couldn’t get a drink. The pool wasn’t very clean.

The accommodation was great. However this was the first hotel we went to without a TUI rep but we were told the TUI 24/7 helpline was brilliant. Unfortunately it was not. Didnt answer my first question, when I re-sent it, some guy who was 'just about to leave' said he had 'rung the hotel and they said...' However, the hotel didnt know the answer to my question and the information from TUI was wrong. WE are not 36 euro's out of pocket going somewhere to see something that wasnt on. Not good at all and I will never book an 'unattended' hotel again. Very disappointing
