Great location and staff amazing. Hotel clean and tidy. Good water park for the kids.

The staff at the hotel were friendly, happy and helpful. The hotel was very clean and we really enjoyed the food although we did struggle with some of the drinks because they had a lot of syrup in the soft drinks. They did move the entertainment outside for the last 2 days of our stay which is definitely what the hotel needed.

Great value great hotel

Hotel fairly new. Rooms were a good standard and bathroom spacious. X2 sofa beds for the kids were rock hard which they could have easily put x2 singles in the separate room for them and made this much more comfortable. Unfortunately the room was not cleaned fully by housekeeping. Basically made your beds, changed the towels and emptied bins. No actual cleaning of bathroom or floors which I would have expected. Poor entertainment for kids only seen the kids club once during the whole week. Evening entertainment was nothing appealing to keep you at the hotel. We ventured out for that. Indoor pool not used as staff in there said you had to pre book and only 1 person at a time?? We did not understand this and they didn’t want to help. Outdoor pool freezing! Sun beds already broken and really uncomfortable. Not enough umbrellas on the grassy area where most people sat. Pool goes into the shade after lunch which makes guests leave the pool area. Waterslides ok but not all working and this is supposed to be a new facility for the kids. Meal times disappointing. Ok if your kids like nuggets, fish fingers and chips everyday! Main meat here was pork 4 nights running so we ended up eating out some of the week which is frustrating when you’ve paid all inclusive. Also drinks limited to what you can have on the all inclusive package. Only beer or wine available in the evening with your meal. No spirits allowed. No coffee available for after your evening meal either. We did struggle having a child that is dairy intolerant which made things difficult with such limitations at meal times. I hope the reviews help this hotel make the necessary changes to make it into a 4 star which it could quite easily be after taking guests comments and preferences on board.

Skulle inte rekommendera detta hotel. Många utav personalen som blandar drinkar är väldigt otrevliga. Drinkarna va knappt drickbara. Badvakterna flörtar samt stirrar på ett nästan obehagligt sätt med kvinnor. Maten va godkänd men ljudnivån alldeles för hög samt ingen restaurang känsla. Känns mer som en skolmatsal. Städningen va bra. Receptionisterna va trevliga och tillmötesgående.
