    Hotel is amazing. Facilities are fantastic. The splash park kept our children entertained every day. Nice little touches like the movie under the stars was a great way to relax with the sound of the waves crashing in the background

    The hotel was lovely the food was good. Some little things may prevent me going back. All toilets round the pool were broken other than one. I was there the week and they had not been fixed. Day beds not included in the cost. People were fighting over sunbeds- physical fights. It was disgraceful to see that around my children. The hotel should not have a time where people can go leave their towels to secure a bed for the day. Instead they should remove towels from the beds when people leave them there for the whole day! We also wasn’t told till the last day that the hotel would provide gluten free meals. So all week my daughter didn’t eat much till the last day where they started making her suitable options. I think they should have asked us about allergies on check in.
