    the hotel was amazing, the food was plentiful and varied the staff all went above and beyond

    Room not clean when we arrived and not being cleaned properly during our stay, certain things in room not working. It was more of a glorified crèche that a 5* hotel. Food 5* hotel was more of a 4* and dress code was non existent in all restaurants that had to booked i:e sports shorts and tee-shirts. All staff pleasant and courteous. Finally a chair broke when my brother sat down, bottom of glass broke when picking it up from table and got covered in rum and coke and luckily didn't sit on broken glass which could have been serious, then if I hadn't got up to go to the toilet I would have been ********** on by a pigeon

    The hotel is superb, very clean, staff can’t do enough for you, food is fabulous and plentiful. The different restaurants were amazing especially the Italian, the food and wine was superb. Rooms are spacious and extremely clean, however on our last two days the inside of our shower smelt of vomit, which I can only assume was the drains. The gym is small with minimal equipment and very poor air con. Also things at the hotel don’t open till 9/10am such as the spa, towel changing, pool bars which I found odd as not everyone lays in on holiday, lots of people were up and waiting. There was also a mad rush for sunbeds around the main pool every morning, however you’re not able to put towels on sunbeds till 830am which is policed by staff which is a good idea. I think people need to be aware of large family groups and large groups of couples, which I can only assume is because it’s a popular wedding destination. This however is something that put me off as they were very loud and drunk most days/nights. I appreciate everyone wants a good time but just think this needs highlighting. If you’re looking for quiet and peaceful, you’ll only find that at the pool or the beach!
