Clean. Attentive staff. Excellently positioned. The jungle nature of the hotel design leads to mosquitos, in turn leads to bites. Think customers should be made aware to take repellent. Breakfast was excellent with the only down size was that you had to pay for any extra cups of coffee. The hotel wants to be seen as upper class and we received a message that we shouldn't hang our wet swimwear out to dry- that's ok if you want to be seen as exclusive but charging for all room coffee is really 2 star behaviour. I don't want unlimited pods but a few free sachets of instant would be better than paying for every coffee in our room.

The hotel was immaculate. The staff were all so polite and kind and helpful, we xnanot recommend the place enough

The whole environment wasn’t great.For the whole 2 weeks that we were there,I got eaten alive by insects,and ticks.Had to stay covered up the whole time.Ended up ,I had to see a doctor.Now that I’m home,have to get a blood test done,just to be on the safe side.

“Hotel nicht empfehlenswert”

Das Frühstück ist 0 abwechslungsreich. Immer das selbe. Man darf nur ein ausgewähltes Getränk haben. Man muss für ALLES unterschreiben. Man darf seine Sachen draußen NICHT trocknen. Keine eigenen Liegen am Strand. Bis zum Strand (je nach Abschnitt) ist es ca. 1km Fußweg

“Magic blue”

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse på Magic Blue. Hotellet har en avslappnad och trivsam atmosfär där man snabbt känner sig välkommen. Rummen var fräscha, välstädade med mysiga balkonger Personalen var genomgående vänlig, hjälpsam och serviceinriktad – de gjorde det lilla extra för att man skulle trivas. Poolområdet är mysigt -att man inte får bada efter 20.00 Läget är också ett stort plus, med närhet till både restauranger, shopping och strand, samtidigt som hotellet ligger lugnt till. Sammanfattningsvis ett hotell vi gärna återvänder till och varmt rekommenderar till andra som söker en kombination av komfort, bra service och härlig miljö.
