    “British paradise.”

    A hotel that claims to be 5 🌟 but feels more like 4. If you wanted a sun bed at the pool area, you need to bring your towel for breakfast at 7 after that all was taken. The hotel felt overcrowded/booked often no room in the evening restaurant before 20.00 or later, and the food was just not worth writing anything about. Staff, cleaning and animation team was very great 👍 this is a German, French and British hotel not a lot of other nationalities.

    Wasn't 5 star. No place for drying clothes after the pool. Finer details lacking. 2 cups and chairs and glasses but 3 in the room

    When the flight is so late a late check out should be included, water at least should be replenished Dailey in the room, the dinning room needs to be kept cooler the door to the pool area should be kept shut as this is what causes the room to get so hot it needs to be a automatic door to stop it being left open. They need more sun beds. And something needs to be done about the cost off taxis too travel 6 min cost 25 euros. Water should be replenished in the room daily. The aircon in the rooms is very good, the staff are great, the location to go to town is great and the bus to main town was good.
