    This is our 7th time in 6 years to the same resort, so there must be something right! Absolutely love the resort, it's my 'happy place'. The grounds are perfect, beach is stunning, staff great and the food is excellent too.

    Our recent holiday to the Dominican Republic was a fantastic experience from start to finish and created many wonderful memories for our family. Travelling with my husband and our two adult sons to an adults-only resort gave us the perfect opportunity to relax and spend quality time together. What brought the biggest smile to our faces was the overall quality of the resort. The food was exceptional, with a fantastic choice of à la carte restaurants. We managed to try 10 different restaurants during our stay, and each one offered delicious food and excellent service. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and room service was always prompt and efficient. The journey was equally enjoyable. Our flights departed on time, were comfortable, and offered a good selection of films and programmes. The cabin crew worked incredibly hard throughout the flights and were friendly, professional, and accommodating. The booking process was straightforward, and all the information provided by TUI before we travelled was accurate and helpful, making the whole experience stress-free. Although we didn't meet our resort representative, this was simply because everything went so smoothly that we had no issues or concerns to raise. If there was one thing TUI could do to make the experience even brighter, it would be to provide a brief welcome message or check-in from the resort representative via the app or WhatsApp during the holiday. While we didn't need any assistance, a friendly message confirming how to get help if needed would have been a nice additional touch. Overall, this was one of our most enjoyable family holidays, and we would happily book with TUI again. Thank you for helping us create such special memories together.

    3 days to solve an issue with mini fridge didn't had potable water for 3 days. Room smelling at fresh paint, and many more issues, definitely not a 5 stars resort.
