    Recommended

    The people were incredibly friendly and couldn't do enough for you. We changed our hotel room three times due to air con smelling mouldy (in two rooms) then they moved us to another room where the toilet was broke and the light switch broke. They upgraded us to another room which we was happy with. We can't wait to go back but the only comment that I begrudgingly would say is that some hotel staff were so happy to see my 3 year old they'd be kissing him on the head or trying to take his toys away jokingly. My son is autistic so he found the constant attention quite over stimulating and anytime anyone approached him, he'd be nervously laughing trying to get away. Perhaps they need a little more awareness on sen children. The staff couldn't do enough for you & really made the holiday such a special one!

    Hotel room clean and a good size. V large bathroom area and seating on veranda. Comfy beds and quiet location.

    Service was outstanding from staff. Food was excellent with great choice. Drinks were expensive. Activities in the water and gym were great. Spa was excellent but expensive - they did give an offer though. The hotel it drinks on my room not mine but took them off without question when I disputed it on checkout. Great views from site and loved fact they sprayed for mosquitos three times per week. Loved the welcome evening with cocktails and staff present. Pool and pool area first class and Robby and his team did a great job! Head chef always on hand to talk to you and managed his team brilliantly!

    Lux Le Morne is a stunning hotel where the staff are extremely friendly, my only minor criticism was the service was consistent slow - perhaps because it was peak season.

    “Abzocke/Achtung”

    Wo soll ich anfangen und wo soll ich aufhören ? Angefangen: 1. Klima Anlage die eher nicht geregelter Kühlschrank ist 2. kalte Dusche 3. alles muss 5 mal sagen bis die Aufgaben erledigt wurden 4. nicht funktionierende Kühlsysteme in Kantine 5. abgelaufener Joghurt und Käse und Butter (Durchfall und Erbrechen) 6. Geldgeil (keine Zusatzleistung ohne das man einen Cent zahlt extra nochmal Vorort bezahlt + Kommission😂 damit ich von € auf Scheiss Rupie umtausche 7. Minibar wird nicht richtig aufgefüllt 8. Man wird nicht bedient 9. englisch wird kaum gesprochen Kommunikation sehr schlecht 10. Transfer wie auf der Flucht mit vollem Bus ins Hotel Es war eine Reise in niedriger Preisklasse, wir wurden regelrecht abgezockt und dies werde ich nicht verzeihen
