Whilst the accommodation was great, it was so disappointing that children were permitted to use the adult pool. We chose this hotel specifically for its adult pool, however the fact that staff allowed children to use the pool spoilt the overall experience. The TUI rep was very helpful and raised our concerns with the hotel, but children still used the pool daily. Very disappointed.

Beautiful hotel, clean and comfortable. Wonderful, hard working, lovely, attentive staff all around the hotel. Good sized pool. Excellent food. Fantastic location.

We have been going to lidos view for five years now and will be going back excellent room,staff and location we love it

Accommodation was amazing. Reception staff had left our shopping in our room and fridge for us, quick process to get keys and help with luggage to our room. The room was spacious, as described and cleaned every day with towels when needed, they even left our little ones teddy on the made bed and folded her pjs which was a lovely touch. The food was great and easy to access each day with huge buffet range and replenished dishes so everything was available each day. Overall could not fault the hotel or staff especially Melanie who looked after us throughout our stay.
