    We didn’t have a great experience. We had an item stolen out of our room. We never met a tui rep and didn’t see one on sight ever. The food wasn’t great, entertainment was very poor. I wouldn’t return back

    We stayed at liberty Lara & it was more than we could have imagined. It was recommended by someone in tui Merthyr Tydfil & I’m so glad we chose this hotel

    The hotel I have visited 5 times now but is in major need of the rooms being updated they are showing really bad signs of wear and tear, the day time entertainment has changed from previous years and night time entertainment was the worst it’s ever been same style of acts every night and the kids mini disco was only on for 15 minutes a night I really wouldn’t say they hotel caters for children and family’s it works better for a over 21s hotel it’s advertised as platinum and 5 stars but with the lack of entertainment, food basically the same every night no theme nights anymore and in major need of the rooms updating I would only put this as a 4 star, having stayed in other tui hotels in turkey that have been 5 stars this doesn’t compare to them - it looks like the hotel is trying to save money on things but all guests that was there was all saying the same thing even trip advisor reviews mention food and entertainment it’s a shame really because I really like the hotel but outside at front now looks like a building site where all the shops have been demolished and doesn’t do the hotel any justice I don’t think I would return to this hotel unless major changes happened and it was more child friendly - they offer activities for children during the day but it cost 15 euros for painting t shirts no mention of this when booking - the cleaners came round everyday and cleaned but little to no effort the floors was dusty in our room and the minibar wasn’t always stocked, I had to ask on three seperate occasions just for water in the room.
