    Excellent hotel. Made to feel very welcome. A high standard of facilities, we were on the 5th floor.

    The entertainment was appalling, the food was greasy and salads were all sloppy . The drinks were all local none were branded , sone were pre made and notfreshly made. On arrival I explained we were a day later than expected due to the flight delay. , to be told we were classed as a no show and our room had been allocated to someone else, the lady asked me to fill form in which I did , she put my form to one side and carried on serving other people. I then spoke to a manager Chris , who apologised and sorted our room , overall a very poor welcome. We were asked if we had food allergies which we did not have , however there were cats everywhere, which I am allergic to. The cats would sit infront of us at the snack area waiting for food my husband would shoo them away. The cats would be sitting on the sun loungers licking themselves , so I could not sit on them . The cats would walk through the dining area when we would be eating breakfast and dinner, so I would leave the area. I would not recommend this hotel
