“Schöner Urlaub mit Abstrichen”

Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der 11. Etage und einen tollen Blick aufs Meer. Großes Bad und die Betten waren gut. Das Hotel war ok, die Aussicht das Essen war nichts besonderes, man ist satt geworden. Die Transferzeit könnte verkürzt werden, da es nur 30 km sind und wir 1 Stunde gefahren sind. Man könnte auch gut mit dem Taxi fahren.

no access to tui or a tui rep my phone broke on holiday and i was unable to use the app so i could not find out when my transfer to airport was coming approach reception at hotel to be told that they could not do anything to help that we would have to walk to the yarama hotel 1000 m away were the was a tui rep despite myself and my wife being disabled

Our accommodation was very clean which continued whilst we stayed

As we didn’t travel due to health issues I can’t rate anything except being very disappointed in TUI as a company and sending mixed messages in their communication, will I book another TUI holiday ? I don’t think so as a long standing customer I will be going elsewhere!

The hotel gave us an upgraded room when they saw that my husband had mobility problems. This room had a more accessible bathroom. However the shower temperature was not good, going from hot to cold intermittently throughout. The maintenance couldn’t seem to solve it. Two other problems were solved immediately. The room and linen was spotless and the room cleaned everyday. The tea/ coffee making machine needed to have instructions as to its use. I would have much preferred a simple kettle. The staff were excellent and always helpful.
