    If a large portion of the hotel entertainment area is under renovation then a discount should be applied. Overall amazing holiday with a few minor issues

    We returns to Mauritius to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary (we got married in Mauritius). We had high expectations and the whole holiday did it disappoint. We were greeted at the airport and driven by a very proud Mauritian, who gave us lots of useful information. The room we were given was fine. Clean, tidy and provided everything we needed. I would upgrade to another room when I go again- I forgot to take out marriage cert, I’m sure we would of been upgraded at the hotel if I’d had it with me. But I understand I could of just been saying we were celebrating our 25th anniversary! Our room was cleaned and beds made everyday. Towels changed as we requested and the housekeepers asked if everything was okay when we saw them. We had lovely ‘towel art’ in the room too! Comfortable bed. Air conditioning and toiletries provided. We loved the fact that there was no single use plastic at the hotel. The idea to collect drinks for the room bar from the bulk shop- stops over use. Never experienced this before! Well done to the hotel! Overall the accommodation was super! Location of the hotel is stunning! The beach’s do the lagoon are breathing taking. The memories of our first trip were brought right back. There was never a rush for a sun bed, there were so many different places to sit or lie at the beach, and around the three pools. Beach towels were big enough to for over the sun beds too! These could be changed daily. For me the staff made the holiday. They were so happy to make sure our holiday was an unforgettable experience. Everyone was happy to help, they always greeted us with a smile and passed pleasantries. Some staff went above and beyond- Hena was amazing always ensuring we were having a nice time and had a drink at all times. Hena has the most welcoming smile and sunny disposition- she could make anyone feel happy! Carina made sure we had everything we needed in the main restaurant and she gave us a beautiful surprise of cake and fizz for our anniversary. Carina made us feel special and even after the meal she remembered us and made a point of ensuring we had everything we needed. Ganesha was the stand out staff member for us. This man is a true asset to the hotel. He works his socks off! His bar area is always clean and tidy- he can make multiple drinks in one go and he always knew what people drink! His memory is amazing! Ganesha has a fabulous sense of humour and makes everyone feel valued. When we arrived home we have been telling everyone how amazing the customs service is in Mauritius- the rest of the world could learn a lot from the Mauritian people! Daniel our TUI RRO was so helpful too! He was a ray of sunshine when we meet him, answering all our questions and making the relevant arrangements for our trips! Overall we had the best time! Thank you to everyone who made our holiday unforgettable. It was worth the 25 year wait!!

    Really great hotel, it didn't feel crowded, the staff were very helpful. Beautiful location, plenty of activities going on daily. Highly recommend.

    The hotel was incredible, a fantastic tropical island experience. Rooms were cosy, clean and comfy. Food from both the buffet and al la carte was tasty and a wide range of choices. The hotel staff could do enough for you, nothing was too much of a problem. The facilities and activities included were incredible and we had such a wonderful time.
