“Ohne Klimaanlage taugt der beste Urlaub nichts.”

Den Längeren Ausfall der Klimaanlage war bei Ankunft bereits bekannt, oder hätte man absehen können. Wir hätten uns einen offeneren Umgang mit dem Problem gewünscht.

Das Hotel ist im Grunde empfehlenswert. Leider war während meines Aufenthalts die Klimaanlage defekt. Vom Hotel wurden zwar Standventilatoren zur Verfügung gestellt - eine Abkühlung des Zimmers ist dadurch aber natürlich nicht möglich.

Beautiful view beautiful location. The size of the room was very disappointing. Very little walkable space. The room including bed and wardrobe space was 14 square meters. There was little storage no drawers. Trip advisor says tea and coffee facilities but there wasn’t a kettle just two coffee pods and tiny cups. Other pods have to be purchased. The shower didn’t have a screen of any use and the bathroom got soaked every time the shower was used. Needing several towels to dry up. The bed was very creaky when you got out of it. The television needs to be a smart tv as in most air b and bs. The swimming pool advertised as a swimming pool was 2 metres by 2 metres. This is false advertising. The food generally was perfect. A good choice apart from the lack of deserts. The cafe in the hotel displays beautiful puddings to buy. The restaurant has glasses of a selection of poor deserts. There was always one home made one but when it was gone it was gone and not replenished. The fruit selection was two melons and pineapple every day no other prepared choice. The staff were very polite always There was no entertainment other than on the first night of 7. Other hotel around us all had evening entertainment. I loved the view and location and staff but definitely wouldn’t go back to this hotel.

Sehr modernes, sauberes Hotel. Deutschsprachiges Personal, guter Service. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig.

Top Hotel mit hervorragender Lage. Sauber zuvorkommendes Personal und ein sehr gutes Frühstück.
