    Our stay at King Minos Resort & Spa was excellent from start to finish. The resort is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained, with stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. Our room was comfortable, modern, and cleaned to a high standard every day. The staff were exceptional—always friendly, polite, and welcoming, and they were happy to help with anything we needed. The facilities were excellent, and the food offered a good variety with plenty of choice. We couldn't fault the accommodation and would happily stay there again.

    We booked a full sea room, on arrival we was given a side view sea room with immediate building works building another hotel. This was not what we expected from a 5 Star retreat & spa. We was woke up at 7.30 on our first morning by cement mixers and drilling. There was no warning from TUI or the hotel staff on check in that there was building works situated right outside of the hotel. We did go down to reception and was switched to a different room at 1pm on the first full day of our holiday the staff were very understanding of our complaint but when it is advertised as a spa & retreat its hard to relax with building works going on outside your balcony. Another downside was lack of sunbeds around pool. Many were reserved by other guests at 1am after they had been out during the night, the pool area supposedly opened at 9am but all poolbeds had towels on way before 9am resulting in having to sit in on the shaded beds on the grass area which were not ideal for sunbathing.
