    Was a beautiful hotel. We booked a room with a whirlpool, the photo advertised by TUI was more of a pool whereas we actually had a hot tub - had I known this I would have just booked a pool room originally. We didn’t arrive at the hotel until 1 am meaning we missed a whole day of all inclusive, so the staff said that because of this we would have all inc extended until 3pm on the day of departure - which I do not believe is fair as this meant we only had 5 and 1/2 days of all inclusive despite paying for 7. There was no mention that the pool bar food was not included in the AI package and I think since you have paid so much it should be included. However all of the hotel facilities were amazing, the staff were great. Just a few tweaks needed.

    Amazing hotel, fabulous room with swim up pool. Loved the atmosphere which was very chilled. Breakfast was great and evening meal options good. A little out of the way of the main strip, but a gentle stroll or taxi means it’s still accessible and actually adds to the charm and calmness
