At first we were put in a room with step down into bathroom my partner is in a wheelchair , the sloop up from the room was steep so i asked for a room closer to the top which we was given a junior suite but in other company mags it was what we paid for (a superior double room ), the A/C has given us a chest infection and with my partner having COPD she has been in hospital since we got back .

Billed as a 4 star when in it was more a 3 star. Rooms had a bad smell which couldn't be resolved. We complained to reception who told us that the issue was resolved but didnt log the complaint and only \"solved\" the issue on our second to last day. There was some entertainment in the evenings, but Friday and Saturday have none which is crazy. Whilst the views of the place are stunning, there are major improvements to be made. - More shuttle buses to Keri Beach in the day and one to Zante would be good. - The gluten free options were limited to rice most of the days which is disappointing - No water sports exercises or entertainment - The pool is an odd shape and not ideal for swimming. - Rooms need serious updating and care as they were crumbling and in poor condition.

We got the holiday cream as booked last minute. I would not want to pay full price for this holiday, as the hotel is definitely in need of some refurb. However location is second to none, pool areas lovely, and food was great. Cocktails were awful - not proper at all. They didn’t use authentic ingredients. Some of the rooms are definitely quite basic, and it’s not clear when booking what the different types of room actually mean. Also the description said that all rooms have a pool or garden view - this is definitely not the case.
