    “Ocena pozytywna”

    Przestronny, czysty pokój. Pościel, ręczniki czyste. Łazienka czysta. Minibar uzupełniany codziennie. Duża szafa z sejfem. Tv z 3 polskimi kanałami. Sprawna i wydajna klimatyzacja. Restauracje plus 2 grill bary otwarte od 7 rano do północy. Przy basenie pool bar. Obsługa hotelu profesjonalna i pomocna na każdym kroku. Jeden basen dla małych dzieci. Dla wszystkich gości leżaki i parasole. Codziennie czyste ręczniki basenowe. Bardzo blisko do morza. Prywatna plaża. Nad basenami codziennie animacje dla dzieci i dorosłych. Po zmierzchu wiele atrakcji dla całych rodzin, koncerty,spektakle,sportowe i dla fanów bingo też coś się znajdzie.

    “Erster Familienurlaub”

    Es war unser erster Familienurlaub. Unsere Kinder sind 3 und 6 Jahre alt. Die Hotelanlage ist sehr familienfreundlich, alle Mitarbeiter auch. Es gibt ein Animationsprogramm und jeden Abend Veranstaltungen für die Kinder, für die Erwachsenen natürlich auch. Das Essen/ Trinken war sehr gut, für jeden was dabei! Unser Hotelzimmer war sehr groß und familienfreundlich und sauber dazu. Wir können die Hotelanlage weiter empfehlen und würden auch wieder dort buchen.

    The accommodation was one of the biggest disappointments of our stay. While the Superior Room was spacious and generally clean, the overall condition of the hotel feels tired and dated and is in need of refurbishment. The air conditioning was particularly poor. Although advertised as air conditioned, it functioned more like a fan and did very little to cool the room, making sleeping uncomfortable on many nights. Housekeeping standards were also well below expectations. Throughout our stay we repeatedly had to ask for fresh towels, toilet roll and hand soap. On several occasions supplies were not replenished unless we specifically requested them, and these issues affected multiple rooms within our party. For a hotel of this rating, guests should not have to chase staff for basic essentials. We also paid €110 for a late checkout until 9pm, but no fresh towels were provided and the room was not serviced during that time, making it feel poor value for money. Overall, the rooms were spacious, but the ineffective air conditioning, inconsistent housekeeping and dated condition of the hotel meant the accommodation fell well short of the standard we expected.

    “Akaya Side”

    Hotellet er meget bra. Veldig god mat. Drinker blir litt så som så da det er mange som mikser og ingen bruker mål/målebeger. God at øllet er godt i Tyrkia. Eneste som ikke er bra med hotellet er Wifi nettet. Det er så godt som fraværende. Nesten løgn å reklamere med gratis nett.
