My room was small but clean, which was a positive. However, my friends’ rooms were not to the same standard, with black mould clearly visible in the shower silicone. The view from my balcony overlooked piles of rubbish and old broken items that appeared to be in storage, which was very disappointing. The hotel itself could do with a refresh, as many areas looked tired and dated. The walk to the adults-only pool was particularly disappointing, with run-down surroundings that didn’t create a relaxing atmosphere. This area has the potential to be much more inviting with some fresh paint, plants, comfortable seating, and perhaps a small tiki bar with background music to create a more enjoyable adults-only space.

Hotel was not the best caught a infection in my lip due to dirty glasses round the pool dirty not kept clean through the day and food was terrible catering to every one but the English

Food very repetitive. Very rude guests at hotel. Most Staff unable to speak and understand English. Room wasn’t as shown at tui. Had to ask for room to be cleaned and fresh towels as was there over a week and hadn’t had clean towels

Was dissatisfied as we did not get into our room on arrivals and had to wait 3 hours with no food or drinks One of the rooms was not cleaned properly
