Well what can I say Julian club hotel 3rd visit from us, from the moment we arrived we were greeted by the reception staff with a smile who took our suitcases from us, we checked in & had someone take us & our luggage to our room where we were show how to use aircon ect! All the staff Julian are friendly from the cleaners right through to the entertainment team who are by far THE BEST!! Greeted like family as soon as they seen us big love Entertainer Jay & his team never a dull moment with these guys around the pool all day lol, food is as always lovely good selection & snack bar by far the best I’ve seen at an AI, rooms for us have always been big enough for what we use it for, been as a family of 4 also as a couple & still the rooms were fine for us! I can’t comment on drink as I don’t drink but from what I see on the drink menu there is a good selection on local beers & cocktails, Julian will always have my heart it’s where we feel at home!!

We booked as a group of 16 and requested if our rooms could be near each other if possible and were given 5 rooms all next to each other 👌was perfect

We been offered the upgrade with significant higher rate, the room that given was different than photos and been offered ground floor, while we requested higher floors. We raise concern as AC was leaking and floor was wet. AC was making good noise that spoil first and second night stay but hotel has fixed it and rest of stay was good. Hotel hasn't offer towel facility at pool and its not mentioned on booking that pool side towel should be carry or buy there. overall other experience was good.
