    “JAZ Aquamarine Hurghada”

    Hôtel très bien avec piscine et restaurants nécessaires. Manque d’activités au long de la journée Diversité des plats très faible, pas du tout adapté à des enfants. Pas grand chose de mangeable en tenant compte aux classiques nécessaires. (-4kg)

    Very good hotel although when we arrived (very late at night) having obviously booked for 3 people we did not have an additional bed in the room and had to wait an hour for a bed to arrive. Not a major issue, but at 3am not the best start to our holiday

    No matter who I spoke either rep or staff - all they wanted was a tip, I gave out over €300 in tips, and felt so awkward as every drink, every question, every time I passed somebody who held the door open they want a tip .. 3 days of upset stomache and still issues now, two lots of medication from pharmacy .. Building work 10 years away from room - swim up , all I could Hear for 3 days was drilling .. wasn’t great Drinks where poor Airport transfer was dangerous - video shared online of the trip. Double buggy pram damaged and no longer open on route home, but don’t have the energy to speak to tui as have been fobbed off in the past , rather not stress myself out Private pool paid for was used by guests who hadn’t paid for the swim up, shared with reception and hotel staff - nobody cared or asked them to leave ..
