Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Hotel is centrally located on the resort with easy access to all areas of the resort. Not our first time here and it won’t be our last!

The breakfast was very poor. We have stayed at another hotel which offered the same breakfast which was much better. Quality was poor. Little interest from the one member of staff if you had any queries, mainly because her English wasn't great. She also covered the pool bar during the day which slowed things up. Not able to add up or use the till correctly so I guess she was new. No issues with the room that was great and the pool area lovely. Would be better for a room only option.

It wasn’t clear in the room description on TUI website that air conditioning incurs an additional charge. We were faced with a 77 Euro charge for this, which we did not expect. Also, we were advised that the local tax payable could also only be made to the hotel in cash, which we were not aware of at the time of booking. We’d recommend that TUI make such charges clearer on the hotel information advertised. The hotel was clean and grounds maintained well, with good location. However, on our first day there was a problem with our door lock and we couldn’t get back into our room. This resulted in the hotel having to call out a local locksmith to come and replace the entire lock & key. The staff were helpful and the issue was rectified within a couple of hours, but this was not something we’d expect to experience as guests on arrival. Also, there were continual problems with the pool bar card machine, meaning food & drink could only be paid for by cash, so we went elsewhere for this. I note the hotel has a 4 star rating on their entrance, but is now advertised as a 3+ on TUI website, which is probably a fairer reflection based on current standards we experienced.
