    “traumhaftes Hotel zum Relaxen”

    Sehr schönes Hotel, Zimmer Prestige ocean view im EG mit Terrasse empfehlenswert, sehr gute Themen Restaurants, diverse Liegemöglichkeiten im Garten/am Strand, schöner beheizter Pool, Spa ausprobiert: Massage hervorragend, Bootshaus enttäuschend: Termine für Ausflüge dauernd verschoben, Glasbodenboot lohnt sich nicht: alle Korallen tot, ein paar bunte Fische sieht man aber, keine TUI-Betreuung vor Ort, Schwimmen im Meer nur bedingt möglich (abgesperrten Bereich)

    Issue with start of all inclusive, after 20 hours traveling to be told we had to pay for drinks and food till the service started after check in 6 hours later was not great, however the hotel did move things around.

    Overall we had a great holiday. There were some things we were disappointed with. We have had better food in 4 star hotels. The biggest issue is that we went on this holiday as it was our 35th wedding anniversary. My husband went to book us a special meal on a beach. They staff member in reception took the booking. He was then rung in our room to say they couldn't honor the booking as the restaurant that would prepare the meal was closed on that night. They offered a more expensive alternative-on top of an already big price. When he declined, they recommended a restaurant of sight-also found to be closed on that evening. We in the end went in to town and ate in an ordinary place, which was not what we wanted. In my opinion as the error was there's, that should have booked the alternative for us at no extra cost. The hotel also had a system where you had to sign for each meal or drink you had, even though we were all inclusive-for zero. You often had to wait for the bill to be prepared-we were even chased out of a restaurant one night as they thought we hadn't signed-we had. This felt unprofessional and not great for guests.

    “Klasse Hotel”

    Sehr tolles Hotel, grosszügig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, grosse, gut ausgestattete Zimmer, sehr gutes Essen (in allen Restaurants) unglaublich freundliches Personal. Leider liegt es an einem Strand der nicht zum Baden geeignet ist (grosse Wellen, steiniger Meeresgrund).
