    “Excellent Hotel, terrible flight and connection”

    No words for the hotel, expetacular. Flight nightmare, horrible seat, protein only for some people and the rest need to handle vegan food even with soy allergy, no blankets for everybody even if you got fever during the flight because of the air conditioning, no space for your knees, if you pay special sit you will smell the WC the hole travel.

    Overall, we were happy with our accommodation. The room was comfortable and generally clean, and we really appreciated the housekeeping team coming in every day to tidy the room, make the beds and keep everything looking fresh. One area that could be improved is the deeper cleaning. We noticed that underneath the beds was quite dusty, so a little more attention to areas that are not immediately visible would make a difference. That said, the housekeeping staff worked hard throughout our stay, and we appreciated having our room looked after every day.

    “Familienurlaub”

    Wir haben 2 Wochen mit einem 9 jährigen Kind in Juli in der Anlage verbracht. Sehr tolles Hotel, waren nach 3 Jahren zum zweiten Mal da! Tolle Anlage, sehr leckeres Essen, toller Kinderclub! Allerdings leider viele Algen am Strand, trotzdem toller Urlaub!

    Service was probably the only thing that let the hotel Down. Some of it was very good but a lot of it was very poor. It was a complete lottery, especially in the speciality restaurants.
