    “Amazing hotel for families with smaller kids”

    The hotel was exceptional for kids for smaller kids (up til 10 years old) , there were 4 kids pool and three playgrounds,massive slide in the reception area,great entertainment program and food options .On top of that a larger pool with shallow entry, an amazing roof top pool ( and that’s only in albufera park, not taking count of additional pools in adjacent playa hotel) , infinite icecream and sodas and the beautiful beach right on the doorsteps. Every child’s heaven. The room was also very well equipped for the little ones with bathroom steps, toilet seat cover and bed protection. It also has to be mentioned that the hotel has been beautifully renovated and decorated in modern , light Scandinavian style, featuring eye catching furniture in the reception from a brand in Barcelona and tastefully maintained gardens. The only downside i could find was that two of the three restaurants in the resort : Mexican and Greek were a bit of a disappointment. The food looked like it was taken from a buffet with extra spices added and fewer greens. Nevertheless they offered a different dining experience and a bit of a change, which is quite useful in longer stays..Spanish tapas restaurants was very good though. Personally, I think that it is very hard to top the iberostar selection albufera park experience.Disclaimer: we are a family of 4, with two kids under 6, so if you are a young couple looking for a lot of thrills and late nights the hotel might be a bit too far from the center of fun and for pensionists it might get a bit too loud with all the kids enjoying themselves.

    “Leider keine erholsame Reise trotz hoher Kosten.”

    Wir sind seit etwa 20 Jahren Kunden bei TUI und buchen regelmäßig hochwertige Reisen. Dieses Mal waren wir jedoch sehr enttäuscht. Obwohl bekannt war, dass wir als Paar mittleren Alters besonderen Wert auf Ruhe und Erholung legen, wurde uns ein Hotel empfohlen, in dem viele Familien mit sehr kleinen Kindern untergebracht waren. Dadurch war die gewünschte Ruhe leider nicht gegeben. Zusätzlich mussten wir bei der Ankunft etwa drei bis vier Stunden auf unser Zimmer warten und am Abreisetag nach dem Check-out noch etwa fünf bis sechs Stunden ohne Zimmer im Hotelbereich verbringen. Für eine Reise von fast 6.000 Euro war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für uns nicht angemessen. Insgesamt haben wir eine Woche wertvoller Urlaubszeit verloren und sind von dieser Reise sehr enttäuscht.

    “Toller Familienurlaub”

    Wenn man ein rundum sorglos Paket sucht, ist man hier genau richtig. Das Hotel war Spitzenklasse. Einziger Kritikpunkt sind die Betten. Sie waren zwar sehr bequem aber haben unglaublich gequietscht, man konnte nicht ohne großen Lärm ins oder aus dem Bett steigen.
