The hotel is In desperate need of refurbishment, the exterior had crumbling paintwork and the pool area had 20 year old slotted wood that looked like a DIY job, the room *202 was clean but bland with a tatty balcony overlooking more tatty balconies, this was nothing like the Tivoli marina hotel we expected

The accommodation arranged by TUI was a standout highlight of the trip, striking the perfect balance between comfort and quality. Every morning started on a high note with a fantastic breakfast spread that was as fresh as it was varied, providing the ideal fuel for a day of exploring. However, the true star of the stay was the room itself—it featured quite literally the nicest bed I have ever slept on, offering the kind of deep, restful sleep that truly makes a vacation feel like a getaway. It’s rare to find a place where the amenities feel so well-considered, and it’s a testament to TUI’s standards that the stay was as seamless and comfortable as the rest of the journey.

The Tivoli Hotel is a very large rambling hotel very centrally located for the Old Town and the Marina facilities and restaurant.The weather during my stay was poor and all around the hotel were leaking ceilings in the open areas constantly being mopped up and all credit to the staff for their dedication to keeping the areas clean and tidy.The breakfasts were in a large dining room area on the upper floor which your standard choice of servery food and bakery however nothing being made freshly made in front of you.The staff were welcoming and good service tidying tables in use. Overall a pleasant hotel with welcoming and helpful staff well located however needing much refurbishment of its common areas and glazing and in its current state really reaches a 3 star standard of accommodation.
