We hebben een erg leuke en vrij goedkope vakantie gehad, we hebben erg genoten van de zee, die is perfect in dit gebied! Maar er waren wel een paar moeilijkheden. Onze reis duurde erg lang en we kwamen pas laat in de avond bij het hotel aan. Niemand sprak er een taal die we verstonden, dus moesten we zoveel mogelijk met gebaren communiceren. We kregen twee broodjes! Toen we in de kamer aankwamen, dachten we dat we daar thee konden zetten, maar er was alleen water en een waterkoker zonder thee. Bovendien konden we door problemen met het internet het bericht van Tui niet op tijd lezen. Op de laatste dag voor vertrek konden we geen informatie vinden over onze luchthaventransfer!

Geen aanrader.. eten is slecht.. midag avond eten meestal de zelfde eten.. niet schoon niet behulpzaam. Medewerkers zijn heel chagarijnig.. baas van de hotel is onbeschofd en brutaal..

We had a mixed experience at Sunlight Garden Hotel. The hotel is in a beautiful setting with lovely scenery and a pleasant environment, and the food was generally very nice and tasty, although there wasn’t a huge variety. The kitchen and bar staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The evening entertainment was enjoyable, especially as the children were included, and the kids’ club during the day was great. Unfortunately, there were several issues with the accommodation. Our bathroom had a funny smell and ants crawling across the floor. The shower temperature could not be regulated properly—it was either too hot or too cold. There was no water in the fridge, and when we asked reception, we were told they had none. A kettle and two cups were provided, but there were no tea or coffee amenities. There was also no telephone in the apartment to contact reception, meaning we had to walk all the way to reception whenever we needed assistance. We requested a duvet but were given only a sheet. The curtains were too thin, allowing sunlight in very early in the morning. Our second room had no air conditioning and became extremely hot, making it impossible to sleep there so we all had to share one room. We requested a fan, but unfortunately it never arrived before we checked out. The restaurant juice also appeared to be heavily diluted rather than proper juice. Another thing to be aware of is that the safety deposit box costs €5 per day which feels excessive. Overall, while the staff and surroundings were pleasant, the condition of the accommodation and the lack of basic facilities seriously let the hotel down. For the price of a holiday here, we expected a much better standard. There are some good things about this hotel, but based on our experience, we would not return unless these issues are properly addressed.
