The accommodation is very good. We have stayed there before independently

In truth I guess I got what I paid for! Being a solo traveler taking advantage of a late booking one has to experience some experience not to my liking. Although the booking details described the room as having a balcony I did expect a larger area than 4’ x 2’. The size of the bathroom was such that the door could not be opened fully as it was restricted by hitting the toilet pedestal. Unfortunately the door affording access to the aforementioned balcony was possibly only five metres from the railway line so noise was experienced. (Not physically measured but an assessed distance)

After two initial problems we were moved to a different room but had to wait for 3.nights before this was possible. The refrigerator didn't work and a side door by our bedroom slammed and vibrated through our bedroom when anybody used it, which was every few minutes at peak times for staff. Horrendous experience. We negotiated the change of room without any help from TUI

Excellent accommodation with brilliant staff

Dining experience : table spacing cramped. Wait for main course to be served unacceptably long on 3 evenings.
