    “Santo Miramare on black beach”

    Hotel très bien situé et très propre. le point négatif le buffet du soir, petit, pas beaucoup de variété de nourriture , et répétitif.

    Hotel was lovely, surrounding areas were always cleaned thoroughly in the morning, clean dry towels provided daily. The food was exceptional. Only criticism is the daily cleaning of the room was of a low standard. The bed was made and clean towels provided but nothing was cleaned. The bathroom was not cleaned throughout our stay nor were fresh glasses exchanged if you had used the ones in the room. The floor and balcony were not swept during our stay and as we had been on the beach it did get quite sandy.

    The fact that u had to be up for 7am to get a sunbed is ridiculous. The hotel has signs saying towels will be removed off empty beds after 45 mins but no one upholds this rule. People grab a bed at 7am then go to the beach until the afternoon. Ridiculous. Also there were 2 mini paddle pools near the wall to the beach which had many sunbeds but no umbrellas. Put umbrellas there n then people can use those as these beds were always empty.
