    We are disappointed with our stay on this occasion. My husband is disabled and a wheelchair user. After the travelling he was in extreme pain, we were then told we were unable to access our room for 3 hours. This caused more pain for him as he needed to lay down. Which we tried to explain. During our stay our room was infested with ants which we reported, we were informed that the issue was resolved, but within a matter of hours of being told this ants were then everywhere. The patio door would only partially open and even then was extremely difficult to do so. Even after maintenance attempted to fix the issue the door opened a couple of feet allowing us to exit sideways. On departure I tried to get support to take our suitcases to the lobby, to meet our transfer. As from our room to the lobby is a steep hill, bearing in mind I have to push my husband up in a wheelchair, and also take 2 large suitcases and 2 hand luggage cases. To be told that it didn't start till 8am which would have meant we would miss our transfer. I explained my situation, but was met with no empathy. I had to struggle with the wheelchair with my husband and the luggage a bit at a time on the steep hill by myself. There needs to be more consideration for guests with disabilities who need support as I felt there was none.

    Cleanliness an issue. Food far too salty. Got food poisoning onday 2 of holiday. Poor quality of bedding, very uncomfortable. Air conditioning not working efficiently.

    Be aware hotel covers a lot of ground and there are many steps and slopes to negotiate so not the best for those are not active. Otherwise can't fault the hotel or its staff.

    Staff were great. Room was kept reasonably clean but the floor could have done with a regular clean. The selection of food was good overall however I was disappointed that only local alcohol was being served it’s not very nice tasting. The cocktails menu was very poor. This probably would not have been too much of a problem if there were any bars located nearby but we were quite limited to staying in the hotel.

    Hotel beautiful, well maintained, beautiful grounds that are well taken care of, all staff lovely with very good English, lovely pool with lots of sunbeds. Alcohol drinks very disappointing, wasn’t much variety and ones on offer weren’t the best. We’ve had much better at other RIU’s. Food was okay but not much variety. Labelling as always not very good! We are vegetarian and it’s very difficult to work out what food is or isn’t vegetarian. Signs often missing or over the wrong item. We served ourselves a salad that was labelled vegetarian but it actually had chicken in it. We relied on asking the chefs what was vegetarian, they were very helpful with that. Would be nice to see things like tofu/faux meats on the menu.
