    “Prima accommodatie”

    Accommodatie zorgt voor de 4 sterren maar het eten in zijn algemeenheid was bijna elke dag hetzelfde. Het ontbijt was wel 4 sterren waardig. Personeel waar contact mee is (schoonmaakster, bedienden etc.) allemaal vriendelijk. Overig personeel plantsoenen dienst etc. Stug en nors maar spreken waarschijnlijk alleen hun eigen taal en vermijden daarom wel contact. Dus overall happy, maar eten kan in die hotel wel beter en gevarieerder.

    We had tummy upsets two days into holiday. Cutlery open to contamination and some foods had flies. Reception staff became arrogant ( males ) on us leaving, when we asked for towels. A room should always be given with soap & towels to change in when check out 12 noon & night flight - not a gym area with no locking door, no towel, no soap.

    The hotel grounds were beautiful But the food was terrible same everyday and they were running out of stuff half hour into starting service The waiters were lazy not cleaning tables of plates they were just left

    I really did not enjoy my holiday at tikida dunas, we had problems with the AC, which we addressed to reception 4 times, finally when I got angry and frustrated, I requested a room change, which we got, but the room had a really bad smell of mould or something. After complaining so many time i was told the Ac is on central system, And this was the only room available as i was told the hotel is fully booked. As i was the hotels fault they offered us late check out. On top of that. Last day i remember locking the patio door, because I checked it twice. Me n my husband went out at about 1pm, when we came back the patio was open. And i had £140 pounds was taken from my purse, which was in my handbag hidden away. I did report to reception and they did nothing. They were just talking in their language. This has never happened to me before. The room it's self was mediocre, mattress and pillow were firm, toilet seat was broken, sink was taking long to drain. The food was not good, very limited option for my husband as he is vegetarian. Food item not labeled properly, i almost ate beef, as its against my religion, the label said chicken. And some just said meat on dishes. But what meat it is, they couldn't answer upon asking. Lack of variety of food. And same every day. Cocktails were watered down, and pre- made, you dont get table services you have to queue up for drinks which was odd for platinum service. The staff were very moody and rude, only a few were smiling and said hello. I thought being a platinum rui 4*hotel you would get good service, but no. This was the worst hotel I have ever been to. And never recommend to any one.
