    For the price I paid I was very disapointed it was clean & tidy staff were good had I paid a Lot less I would have rated it higher this is the first time I have felt I paid to much for a TUI Holiday

    We had a lovely stay at the hotel and were really pleased with the accommodation overall. The hotel was nice, the food was excellent, and there was a great choice available throughout our stay. The standard of the food really stood out and added to our overall enjoyment of the holiday. One of the biggest highlights was the RIU entertainment team. They were absolutely brilliant, friendly and engaging, and made a real effort to involve guests in the activities and entertainment. Their enthusiasm helped create a great atmosphere and made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel provided a lovely setting for our holiday, and overall we had a great time. The main disappointment was our experience when we needed to see the hotel nurse, which unfortunately fell short of our expectations. We would have appreciated a more reassuring and supportive experience during what was already a worrying situation. Despite this, the hotel itself, the excellent food and the fantastic entertainment team made for an enjoyable holiday. We would like to recognise the hard work of the RIU team, particularly the entertainers, who really helped make our stay memorable.
