    Details of hotel ARE INCORRECT l would suggest someone ( not a 20yr old) actually visits the hotel and looks at the conditions of The restaurant more like a canteen than a restaurant Lack of maintenance Safety issues Lack of facilities for the older traveller example a quiet lounge! Why the hotel states a dress code but fail to implement!! Condition of poor sun loungers and beach towels Hotel smells of cat urine

    The hotel was fresh clean and well maintained. The staff make the resort, from the minute we stepped off the transfer bus we felt that they gave the best standard of service. Everyone had a smile on their face. The only negative for us was the fact we booked the hotel based on the activities, particularly the yoga. Turned up on the first morning to the outdoor class at 1030, instructor was late, then as i was the only person there, was less than enthusiastic to take the class and told me to come back next day, which I did, and again class didnt take place as I was only person. Food was amazing , however drinks less so and cocktails were very poor. Cleaning staff need a massive shout out as they never stopped and the resort was amazingly clean. Spa is very much worth a visit, again the team of staff in here couldnt do enough for you. Sunbeds were always available, but in some areas you did fell very much crammed in, but they could be avoided. Would definitely return t this resort

    Great hotel location, excursion trips by tui are a little high compared to booking direct with vendors through tripadvisor. Staff are pleasant and the lady siham wiho cleaned the room was very good and honest . The safe not working in room as part of door was missing.. but Nothing went missing and that made me feel reassured about the good honest nature of the house cleaner. If i see good offers for returning guest i would definitely go as mywife and I found 7 days to br to short to relax and also sightsee
