    Hotel spotless couldn’t do enough for you. Would recommend that a reservation system is implemented for à la carte restaurants to save people having to eat really early

    Our accommodation was very clean and the staff were amazing, they made us feel welcome from the second we arrived and there was always lots to do around the resort as well as going out

    We had a great stay and thoroughly enjoyed the resort. The facilities were excellent, the staff were friendly and hardworking, and everything was exactly as described when we booked. One thing that surprised us was just how much some guests embraced the party atmosphere! We knew beforehand that the resort attracted a lively crowd, but some people certainly took it to another level. That said, it never negatively affected our holiday. The resort is large enough and well laid out so that you can easily choose the atmosphere that suits you. Whether you want to join in with the parties and entertainment, relax at the adults-only pool, or find a quieter area to unwind, there are plenty of options. The food, drinks, accommodation and overall cleanliness were all very good, and we would happily return in the future.

    Be prepared for stairs or unreliable/slow lifts (and not many of them). Daily room service was a little inconsistent, sometimes a full set of towels sometimes you had to go after them, same with soap refills etc. Water pressure is low so not a very powerful shower but adequate. Other than that we were happy with the large room, the seating area, the balcony overlooking the main parade, the generous wardrobe (+ plenty of hangers) and drawer space. We were able to get swift responses to any requests placed through the hotel app
