    Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the standard of the room on arrival. It had a strong mouldy smell, there were cobwebs around the bed and wardrobe, the wardrobe itself was broken, and we found cockroaches in the room. This is not the standard I expected from a TUI holiday. I reported the cockroaches immediately, and to be fair, the hotel responded quickly and treated the room straight away. I appreciate that they acted promptly once I reported it. However, I don’t believe I should have had to report these issues in the first place. The room should have been thoroughly cleaned, inspected and maintained before any guest checked in. To make matters worse, during my stay my Louis Vuitton glasses disappeared from inside my suitcase. Although the protective pouch and glasses case were still there, the glasses themselves were missing. I reported this immediately but felt I was passed between reception and Head Office, with nobody taking ownership of my complaint. This left me feeling unsupported and very uncomfortable for the remainder of my stay.

    Amazing hotel, spotlessly clean, from the grounds, restaurants, bars, toilets etc. They work so hard to keep everywhere clean, even the room maids work tirelessly to make your stay comfortable. Wide choice of food from all of the restaurants, branded drinks from the bar, 24 hour sports bar with snacks, air conditioned.
