“Freundliche landestypische Unterkunft”

Sehr freundliches Personal. Landestypische Unterkunft(Manrique! sei Dank) Alles sehr gepflegt auch wenn in die Jahre gekommen.

“Kleinschalig hotel”

Het is een kleinschalig rustig hotel, het eten is redelijk , het avond entertainment is echt niks in een ongezellige kantine achtige ruimte. Dat kan echt veel beter.

We had a bad smell from the drains reported it and they poured some bleach down it, smell came back every day when we did report again they gave us a air freshener as no manager available. Building work next few doors down everyday although they did wait until approximately 9am to start. Our rep was only there until Saturday we arrived Thursday so had over a week no rep unless we walked to different hotel ( which we did once) but some others at the hotel that wouldn't have been an option. The staff and hotel was lovely and friendly but feel we should have been informed about building work or that side of hotel should have been shut off. We did message on the app but they replied saying someone would be in touch which hasn't been the case which is unfortunate as we always use TUI and always recommend them.

The Tui App makes every part of the holiday simple, we already have our next trip booked and plan many more in the future.

Hotel was a building site. Builders were moving from room to room around the pool side for the whole time we were there. We should have been warned and offered an alternative. I can provide pictures of the mess around the hotel grounds. The squash court was completely full up of flat packed furniture. We never see the rep at the hotel. On the first day we called in the notice said she would be there till 4:45 at 3:00 she had already gone and a note saying next time she would be there. Then the 2 nd not there at all but telling us she was available at another hotel!
