    Recommended

    Sun beds material needs reconsidering as the pads constantly soaked up all the rain and instantly soaked towels/clothes. There was no pool towel exchange but which should be available. Swim up rooms were brilliant and def recommend.

    Before arriving at destination I asked for a groundfloor and close to amenities as my wife was just recovering from cancer and gets out of breath easily , on arriving we were told ground floor accommodation wasn’t possible until the next day and we wouldn’t get the room with hot-tub that we had paid for so we stayed in our original on the 3rd floor (so top floor) and very close to being the furthest away from all the amenities. After a couple of days we realised the hotel was far from being full and couldn’t understand why we couldn’t get what we asked for but we understood it wasn’t guaranteed anyway . The hotel that we paid for said 4 restaurants and a buffet restaurant at any one day there was only ever 2a-La-carte restaurants open plus the buffet , so we didn’t think we were getting what we had originally paid for ? We had problems with the concierge staff some didn’t even know what they were talking about and some didn’t even want to be there . Around the main pool area definitely as we felt was not 5* , the floor was old concrete the sunbeds were shocking and dirty , on day 11 of our 14day holiday I slipped in the room and consequently broke my wrist in 2 places , the staff were very good to me but felt like they were covering all possibilities in case I claimed in which case I was never going to do , I got a taxi to the private hospital where they treated me with professional treatment, on returning to the hotel the day after my wife went down to see the TUI rep to report the incident and ask for assistance at the airport for our return flight she guaranteed my wife she had emailed this and we would get confirmation of this happening? Low and behold no assistance at the airport in which I wasn’t surprised, so we can honestly say our holiday wasn’t what we were expecting for the money we had paid 😥😥😥😥
