Great location, well kept, clean, staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast good.

Overall the staff, although lacking a smile or two on occasions, they were very polite, accommodating and helpful. They attended to our needs and requests including getting upgraded to a better room. We did get turned down at 5 to 2 for lunch after one male member of staff said that lunch finished at 2pm when the day before it had been 2.30. But I must stress that, in general, the staff were very pleasant (in their own way) and I would gladly recommend and visit the hotel again. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Lovely, clean, convenient hotel. Staff all great. Disappointed the superior room we booked (perfect size) overlooked a main road. It had a large balcony but you couldn’t even watch the comings and goings of the main road as the balcony made of concrete. Just had a view of the clouds. You could specify balcony view in your blurb eg overlooking pool, main road….

Lovely hotel, friendly, helpful staff and excellent location just 5 minutes walk from the centre.
