“Hotel op prachtige lokatie”

Morasol Suites is een fijn hotel,met uitstekende service. Het verblijf en de ruimte op het zonnedeck is super.

Mooie accomodatie, vriendelijk personeel niks is teveel, de schoonmaak was uitmuntend, iedere dag schone handdoeken en een paar keer per week schone lakens, het zwembad was schoon, het enige minpunt is dat er door mensen iedere dag handdoeken werden neergelegd alhoewel wij bij inchecken een briefje kregen waarop stond dat dit niet mag, er werd niets aan gedaan

Not much information about the hotel when arrived, room was in terrible condition, I complained they didn't even come and have a look instead asked me to email pictures from my room, when I did they said no others rooms available, I contacted tui and they sorted me another room the next day, for a 4 star no complementary water or tea/coffee in the room on arrival i arrived 11pm, once i removed to another room the door wouldn't lock, I felt the staff were fed up with me complaining about things, and didn't belive me the door wouldn't lock so the cleaner went and spoke to them they sent someone to fix the lock and door, the breakfast was not very hot, overall not a very good experience at this hotel and would definitely not say it was a 4 star would not stay here again

We have been there for about 6 years and the accommodation and staff are brilliant. It is a small friendly hotel with all the facilities of a big one.
