Hotel was very clean and the staff couldn't do enough for you. As always though, the sunbeds were reserved by towels at sunrise or before and nobody using them all day. Although there were policy reminders around the pool they were not strictly adhered to.

Bathroom was not cleaned once no one cleaned the room no towels reported to reception in the evening they sent towels not clean the bed language problem staff didn’t understand English

The staff at our resort were by far the most friendly and accommodating out of every holiday we have had. The activities and entertainment massively made up for the slight uneasy feeling when in the local area. The food and drink was an amazing mix of traditional and ubiquitous. The room was immaculate! The only thing missing was a nearby ATM, but that shouldn't go against the resort.

The entertainment team worked hard. But NO entertainment board up to say activities or what entertainment was on in the evenings. We missed so much, I did complain

Hotel was immaculate. All staff from porters, domestics, reception, bar and waiters. Ground staff also very friendly. Quiet pool was a godsend - no noise or children - absolute perfection
