Great hotel in good location, with some lovely restaurants nearby. Good for exploring the island.

Extremely helpful staff. Pristine hotel. Too much smoking on site (pool areas). Breakfast would benefit from increased availability of fresh fruit

the actual hotel was amazing, the staff very helpful and thoughtful given this was a birthday celebration and the issue with the room which was booked through tui the information on the tui booking page was not representitive of the holiday we have come to expect from tui. we are regular users of tui and we have come to expect a certain level, this was not what we received. the room was little more than a broom cupboard with little natural daylight, no balcony and a drainpipe as a view. when we tried to change the hotel told us they were fully booked and could do nothing for at least 2 nights. we spoke to the tui rep who agreed the room was totally unbecoming of the 4 star accomodation we were lead to believe we woudl recieve. the rep lieased with the hotel and we were changed to another room for 3 nights, then to another room for the remaining 2 nights. this was not a reflection on the hotel or the rep who went above and beyond, but the tui booking page which was misleading.

Hotel excellent, staff went out of there way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible

In fairness the hotel facilities were good, unfortunately we were very disappointed with our room. I’d recommend hotel but check your room details
