    “Gardasee”

    Schöne Anlage aber sehr stark in die Jahre gekommen! Abgewohnt und abgenutzt in allen Bereichen(Zimmer,Wohneinheit,Wege) Wackelnde Geländer am Pool und lockere Gehwegplatten Eingerissene Gardinen und Vorhänge Badewanne mit Duschvorhang(unhygienisch) Möbel mit deutlichen Abnutzungserscheinungen Renovierungs -Sanierungsbedürftig Sauberkeit wird aber groß geschrieben Personal sehr freundlich und immer bemüht Verpflegung in Ordnung Pool ab 18.00 Uhr geschlossen Weg zum Strandabschnitt über Hauptstraße Shuttleservice sehr angenehm

    The hotel is perfectly situated for walks into Limone, and just across the street is the pebble beach. The pools are good, always had very good food availability, and generally it was decent hotel. My main gripes are with the staff; what seemed like simple requests couldn't be fixed without either buying something extra, or just couldn't be done. When asking for a straw for my daughter's orange juice, the bar staff declined saying straws were only for paid cocktails?! Also, whilst the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms was excellent, in places it felt a bit run down, like the gardens with the chess pieces and trampoline, as well as the flume pool. Cracked and moving floor tiles is not a good look.

    The hotel is beautiful and clean. The bathroom tiles in the shower could be cleaned better. The furniture is a bit dated. The evening entertainment was very poor. The inclusive drinks where very poor not much selection if you wanted a cocktail you had to buy these which I find wrong when your all inclusive. The food was the same and catered very much for the german guests not the English. Closing the self service bars one at 5pm and the main one at 11pm isn't good and if you want a drink or snack during the night you can't get one as its all put away.

    “Miejscówka wspaniała, ale organizacja do bani.”

    Hotel położony naprzeciw Monte Baldo. Widok z większoąsci pokoi na jezioro i masyw za nim. Pokoje czyste. Wyposażenie trąci myszką. Jedzenie na stołówce smaczne, choć ograniczony wybór. Szczególne podziękowania dla Pawła, który pomógł nam w trudnej sytuacji, czego nie mogę napisać o biurze TUI. Tutaj czerwona kartka.
