2.5 hours to check in, 3 calls at reception to do this as room wasn't ready. Room wasn't big enough air con not working, shower door hanging off, holes in bedding, stained mattress. Safe low battery light on, balcony infested with ants from overgrown climbers. Automatic plug in sink not working (fixed by myself ) damp in single wardrobe. Definitely 4 't'. Restaurant very poor choice, we ate at local harbour 3 nights. Broken glass reported twice round the tables but not cleaned up. Reception staff had limited English. Bar was charged after 11pm, some drinks were charged even though they were no cocktails. Hotel and trips were targeted mainly for french as it was spoken fluently, we were at the hotel for 21.5 hour before being told not to drink the water, this should have been mentioned on the coach. No information in rooms for pools, drinks, early trips for food, emergency procedures.

Door on the fridge cupboard was hanging off and the shower door. Food was like frozen food from Iceland food store. Cola was cheap and only certain drinks were with the all inclusive package. One of the chiefs made my daughter uncomfortable because every night we went for our dinner, he would whistle at her and try talk to her.

The hotel was immaculate with beautiful gardens and fabulous swimming pools. The staff were outstanding.

The setting of the accommodation was beautiful
