English speaking staff, very friendly and polite. They supported people with any concerns or issues, indeed they offered support on where to visit on the island, which was good as there was no Tui Rep, no Tui welcome indeed no sign of Tui anywhere. Cleaning staff were immpecable. Although the hotel was a no frills hotel, the food was sublime and worth every penny.

On arrival we felt the room was too tight for 3 people. Then we saw a cockroach run across the floor. The porter caught it but then there was another one when he left and another one that crawled over the bed. We refused to sleep in there. Hotel arranged for us to go to a sister hotel. As it was past 4am we only got a couple of hours sleep before we had to get up for breakfast. They refused breakfast which we had been promised. We had to get back to our hotel and pay for the taxi ourself. I put in a complaint to TUI and this was all dealt with really well by the Reception Manager. We got a much better room and our money back for the taxi.

“Hotel Golden Beach”

Położenie hotelu doskonałe- tuż przy głównej drodze miasteczka, przechodząc przez hotel można wyjść bezpośrednio na nadmorską promenadę. Jedzenie świeże, duży wybór, każdy znajdzie dla siebie coś smacznego. Restauracja skromna, ale czysta, obsługa sprawna i bardzo miła. Pokój, jaki otrzymalismy pozostawiał wiele do życzenia - niewielki, choć mieliśmy tego świadomość (metraż podany w opisie), lecz po wstawieniu łóżka dla córki były problemy z otwarciem drzwi balkonowych. Z łazienki często wydobywał się brzydki zapach kanalizacji, kabina prysznicowa ze śladami kamienia, rdzy i innych osadów, drzwi do kabiny naprawiane były podczas naszego pobytu dwukrotnie. Ogólnie - położenie hotelu i obsługa nieco rekompensują niedostatki pokoju.
